What is the overall guest capacity at Event Loft?
Our flexible, open-concept venue comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests for seated dinners, workshops, or presentations, and up to 100 guests for standing receptions, mixers, and open-format celebrations.
What is your catering policy? Can we bring our own food?
We have a 100% open catering policy with zero outside vendor fees or per-plate charges. You are welcome to hire your favorite local caterer, bring food trucks, set up a buffet, or bring your own homemade dishes.
What amenities are included with our venue rental?
Every rental includes full access to our main event space, high-speed Wi-Fi, television displays for slideshows or presentations, tables and chairs, and on-site parking for your guests. Premium sound system equipment is also available upon request.
Is on-site parking available for guests?
Yes! We have dedicated, free on-site parking directly at the venue with convenient, flat access for all of your guests.
How far in advance should we reserve our event date?
Popular weekend dates and holiday time slots tend to book 1–3 months out, while weekday slots offer more flexibility. We recommend scheduling a walkthrough or contacting us as early as possible to lock in your preferred date.
How do I schedule a tour or check availability?

Can Event Loft provide custom gifts or event favors?
Yes! Through our in-house studio, Lofty Gifts, we craft personalized gift boxes, corporate appreciation sets, and event takeaways tailored to your theme. We can have them assembled and waiting at the venue on your event day, or packaged for standalone pickup and delivery anytime—no venue rental required.
