What is the maximum guest capacity at Event Loft?
We comfortably accommodate intimate gatherings and events up to 50 seated / 75 standing guests, depending on your preferred seating layout and table setup.
Can we host a graduation party or post-commencement gathering here?
Absolutely! Located just down the road from the Dee Events Center, Event Loft is an ideal graduation party venue, specifically for open houses, family dinners, and post-ceremony celebrations with convenient parking and easy access.
Do you allow outside caterers or homemade food?
Yes! We feature an open-catering policy with zero vendor restrictions, per-plate fees, or required food packages. You are free to bring your favorite local caterer, food truck, or homemade family dishes.
What amenities are included with the venue rental?
Included with rental: Full use of the event space, tables and chairs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and dedicated on-site parking.
Available add-on: A premium sound system is available for rent to seamlessly handle your event’s music, announcements, or slideshow audio.
Can we bring our own alcohol or beverages?
